Christiansburg Location Insurance Information

For 2021, the Christiansburg location accepts the following Medical Insurance plans:

We will bill your insurance plan for services if we are a participating provider for that plan. We will try to obtain advanced authorization of your insurance benefits so we can tell you what is covered. We collect deductibles, co-pays or non-covered services at the time of your visit according the specific insurance plan.

Medical insurance may be used if you have an eye health problem or a systemic health problem that has ocular complications. Your doctor will discuss all findings with you and determine if these conditions apply to you.

If your plan is not listed above, you may still be eligible for reimbursement!
